Cumin Couscous
Serve this dish with spicy sausage.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes


1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 cup quick-cooking couscous

In a small saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil over high heat. Stir in the remaining ingredients, cover, remove from the heat, and steep for 5 minutes. Stir and fluff with a fork.
