Beef Taco-Mac
The taco seasoning adds a nice changed to this favority stand-by.

1 pound beef cubed steaks
1 tablespoon Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (1-1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
2 cans (14-1/2 to 16 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups spiral pasta, uncooked
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cut beef steaks lengthwise into 1 inch-wide strips and then crosswise into 1 inch pieces.

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onion; cook and stir 3 minutes. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, pasta and 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover tightly and simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
