Broiled Chicken with Mustard and Lemon

2 1/2 pounds chicken parts, parts
1 tablespoon Crisco® Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

Brush the broiling rack with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking. Heat the broiler.

Dry the chicken thoroughly with paper towels. Combine the mustard, parsley, chives, marjoram and lemon juice. Brush the mixture over the chicken.

Broil the chicken 6 inches from the heat for 20 minutes on each side, basting every 5 minutes. Serve the chicken immediately or let cool to room temperature.
