Blue Cheese Dressing
This dressing works well with salads.
Serves: 1/4 cup

1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tablespoon blue cheese
1/2 tablespoon skim milk

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
