Egg Cream
No eggs, no cream, just a cool refreshing drink.

1 cup lowfat milk
4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup cold seltzer

Pour the milk into a large glass and add the syrup. Add the seltzer, pouring it straight into the glass so that it foams.Stir the drink with a long-handled spoon. Serve immediately.
