Barbecued Turkey Tenderloins
This smoke-flavored dish is super easy to make. Serve it with rice and a green salad.

1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime soda
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon horseradish powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound turkey tenderloins, cut in half lengthwise
Vegetable cooking spray

In self-closing plastic freezer bag combine soda, soy sauce, oil, horseradish powder and garlic powder. Add turkey tenderloins, seal bag and turn bag to coat turkey. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Remove grill rack from charcoal grill and lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. Preheat grill for direct heat cooking.

Position grill rack over hot coals. Remove turkey from plastic bag and discard marinade. Place turkey tenderloins on grill rack and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
