Biscuit Topped Stroganoff
A quick and easy dinner for the whole family!
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes


1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons pimento, chopped
1 pint sour cream
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Brown the meat, onion and green pepper until no longer pink. Add salt, the soup and pimentos. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stir in sour cream. Bring just to a boil, remove from heat and pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with Biscuits.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees or until biscuits are done.
