Mexican Salsa
Serve with chips, tacos or your favorite Mexican dish. From
Serves: 2 cups
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 120 minutes


1 14-1/2 ounce can tomatoes, Diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno Pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fresh
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Let stand 2 hours to let flavors blend.
