Hearty Chili Macaroni
Main dish beef and bean chili, great with bread and salad on a cold winter's day.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


8 oz. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1 1/4-oz. package chili seasoning
1 14 1/2-OZ. can diced tomatoes, with Mild Green Chilies
1 15-oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.

Meanwhile, cook beef and onions in large skillet until beef is no longer pink; drain.

Blend in next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in macaroni and serve.
