Baked Fish in Wine Sauce
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes


6 white fish fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 large onion, chopped
3 teaspoons parsley, chopped
3 bay leaves
3/4 cup white wine, (or substitute white grape juice with splash of vinegar)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Salt and pepper fish to taste and place fish in a greased 9x13 casserole

Place chopped onion, parsley and bay leaves on fish. Pour in wine.

Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake fish for about 25
minutes, or until flaky.
Watch fish so that you don`t over-cook it.

Remove bay leaves and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Baked potatoes and sauteed green beans
