BAKED PORK CHOPS & GRAVY

1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. water
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed




Mix egg and water. Coat chops with flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing. Place chops on baking sheet. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes, or until done. Heat gravy and serve with chops.
