Campbell’s® Beefy Fajitas with a Twist
Kick up the flavors in this Southwestern dish the family will love.
Serves: Makes 8 Fajitas
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes


1 tbsp. Crisco® Vegetable Oil
1 lb. boneless top round steak, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into 2
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
8 flour tortillas, (8’’), warmed
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Pace® Chunky Salsa

HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned, stirring often.

ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.

ADD gravy and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa and wrap. Makes 8 fajitas.

Serve with Mexican-style rice or refried beans. For dessert serve vanilla pudding.
