Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes


4 boneless chicken breast halves
2 shallots, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup light cream
1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon

SEASON chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Spray nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add shallots and garlic and cook until tender.

ADD broth, cream and tarragon. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
