Chicken Paprika
This favorite` chicken paprikash` or Chicken Paprika dish famous in Hungary is spiced up a little with green onions, garlic and freshly-minced parsley. Add a dollop of sour cream to the tomato base for a rich, creamy finish.

3/4 cup vegetable juice
1 1/2 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 pound fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Combine vegetable juice, flour, paprika, and seasoned salt in a small bowl; set aside. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add sliced green onions and crushed garlic clove; cook for 1 minute.

Add sliced chicken breast and cook until lightly browned. Add the vegetable juice mixture and bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
