Chicken Breasts with Asparagus

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pound fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.75-oz.) condensed cream of asparagus soup
1/3 cup 2% lowfat milk
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 pound asparagus spears

In a skillet, on low to medium heat, cook chicken breasts till browned, about 10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, combine cream of asparagus soup, milk and pepper. Stir in the asparagus spears. Add the chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or till the chicken is done and the asparagus is tender*.
