Hearty Vegetable Soup

Cook Time: 30 minutes


3 cans (14 oz. each) SWANSON vegetable broth, (ready to serve, clear)
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced (about 2 medium)
1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen cut green beans, (about 2 cups)
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots, (about 3 medium)
1 cup sliced celery, (about 2 stalks)
1/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice

In large saucepan mix broth, basil, cabbage, zucchini, green beans, carrots and celery. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is done.
