Great with pita bread, crackers or crudite!
Serves: 2 cups

1 can chickpeas
1 teaspoon tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 dash Pepper

Drain the beans and add all the remaining ingredients and place in a food processor. Blend until it`s smooth (but not liquid) consistency. For additional flavor you can add olives, roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, dill or any combination of these ingredients.
