1 lb bacon, (thick cut)
1 ea lettuce
1 ea tomato, sliced
1 ea red onion, sliced
1 ea avocado, sliced
1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced

1. Cook bacon thourghly. Drain and set aside.
2. Slice tomato, avocado and onions
3. Wash lettuce and tear into pieces.
4. Assemble sandwich on sourdough bread.
