Apple and Sausage Polenta
Tasty as a main or side dish for breakfast or brunch

8 ounces bulk pork sausage
3 small green apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 bunch (6.6 oz.) BUITONIĀ®Polenta Mix

COOK sausage in medium skillet, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer ppink. Remove from skillet; drain. Add applleas and 2/3 cup syrup to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until apples are tender.

PREPARE polenta mix according to package directions; transfer to large bowl. Stir in sausage and apples; serve warm with maple syrup.
