Berry Nice Banana Smoothie
Fruit smoothies are great any time of day -- but if you serve this one in the morning, it makes a great breakfast. Kids are sure to love it!
Serves: 1

Cook Time: none


1 8-ounce container strawberry yogurt, or another berry-flavored yogurt
1 medium banana
2 to 4 ice cubes

Put the yogurt, banana, and ice cubes in the canister of a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Do not over-process.

Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Note: Substitute strawberries, peaches, or raspberries for the bananas.
