Great flavor, juicy and super easy. I drained the marinade, but left a slight amount in the pan, cooked it in its juices for about 15 min at 350 degrees then broiled the remaining time. At the end, I put the rack back in the roasting pan and broiled the chicken to crisp up the skin. This was a great find!
