I made this for my 16-month old, and he loved it (with ketchup, of course). I tried it and thought it was pretty tasty. I used monterey jack cheese, and baked it for 15 minutes, as it was not done in 12. ALSO - it is necessary to butter the sides or spray the dish before adding egg mixture. Otherwise it cooks to the side and restricts rising. I had to loosen it with a knife when I checked it at 12 minutes and then it rose lovely.
