I've been make this recipe for years. It was originally in the Seattle newspaper at Thanksgiving. Every time I'm invited to a pot luck at Thanksgiving or Christmas, I take it and it's always a big hit. It's so unique and delicious!


Family did not like this at all.

This has become my family tradition now for stuffing at Thanksgiving. Everybody loves it and friends ask for the recipe. It does call for Chicken broth, which isn't in the ingredients, use 1/2C. I only make this now!

I love this stuffing! I live in the Pacific Northwest and this totally fits the menu here! They don't have the chicken broth on the list of ingredients. Use 1/2 cup of broth.
