We had chicken piccata in a restaurant. I wanted to try it myself and found this recipe. It is excellent and easy to make. The key is to use very thin cut chichen breasts - we can get Purdue at the store. The artichoke hearts offset the lemon flavor for an excellent chicken dish. Make this as a special meal.
