I really liked this dish and it was very easy to put together.

A very good basic rub. This is a recipe that can be played with as well. If the tenderloin turned out too tough it had nothing to do with the rub but more to do with the time the meat was being cooked and temperature. Pork no longer has to be well done.

Not real tender.....however, Pork Tenderloin is not my favorite meat.

I have made this recipe many, many times. My husband and I both rate this excellent. I have even cooked the roast in the oven with excellent results. Tip: Buy an extra tenderloin when on sale, season with the rub, wrap in plastic wrap and foil and freeze. It seasons while thawing.


Too dry and tough!


This has become a family favorite. Very flavorful, tender and juicy. Easy to prepare.
