Kathy Excellent. I place all ingredients on a pita, roll it up in aluminum foil, and heat through for ten minutes in a 250-degree oven. Peel the foil away as you eat. Awesome.
The more tszatsiki the better.

Fast and easy as well.Kathy To save time, I used store-bought tzatsiki sauce. I prefer all the ingredients on my pita, then rolled up fajita-style (secured with aluminum foil and heated for 5-10 minutes in A 350-degree oven). I then remove the foil about 2 inches at a time and eat it like a sandwich. Very good!
