Mandy I include and I leave out:
Add: rice noodles - precooked. You can now find pre-cooked rice noodles in numerous varieties in your local Pathmark and Stop & Shop. Look in the "International" aisle.
Additionally, I add one small teaspoon of red curry sauce, also found in the same aisle. Instead of chopped peanuts, add 2 teaspoons chunky peanut butter + 1/4 chicken broth.
Leave out or add only a dash of vinegar to taste. HINT: Use chicken THIGHS, deboned, skinned, and diced. They are much more flavorful.
