Paul I have looked for a recipe for quite awhile. Thank you this hit the spot. Ease and taste.C I used half & half instead of milk for a richer flavor and creamier texture. I also doubled the recipe and it worked great. The only trouble I had was getting them out of the pan w/out destroying them. Be sure to grease the pan very well or use a non-stick pan. I always thought Popovers were difficult, but now I know they're not! The whole family loved them.Anna
