Brenda Edith I tried this recipe and it work just fineMark Three issues with this recipe:
(1) MUST use Fox's U-Bet, Passover formulation, for best taste.
(2) Use WHOLE milk, not reduced fat, to obtain a good foam head.
(3) Prepare in a classic COKE glass for authentic feel.
Note: Use Dr. Brown's Cream Soda (Passover recipe) instead of seltzer for a sweeter, smoother taste.
