cindi I'll admit i was a little skeptical using Chicken Broth in place of water in mashed potatoes, but did I get a surprise. This is a great way to make potatoes and as the title says, it's "skinny". "Skinny" tastes very good,and I will make my potatoes like this all the time. Thank you FamilyTime for another great recipe.
