Is an excellent and very easy to make recipe. I am going to try it with chicken instead of hamburger too.

I have made this several times with slight variations. 1) Added chopped onions to the beef mixture when browning 2) In place of 1 16 oz jar of Salsa, I use 1 smaller can and 1 can of chile, no beans. 3) Use 10 tortillas cut into 1 to 1-1/2 inch squares and make 2 layers. Yum, Yum, Yum! I just forwarded your original recipe to a friend.
