I've made this recepi about 3 times so far. Every one just keeps begging for more. One thing though, set the sauce to the side and let each person decide how much they'd like. It's a bit strong.

I used Frangelico instead of rum for a very nice hazelnut flavoring.

I have had a variation of this recipe that was handed down three generations. It is SO good! Very moist and great rum flavor. Always gets requested once your guests have tried it. The only problem I have is getting it out of the bundt pan in one piece. It is also very addicting!

This cake turned out so moist and the people I served it to LOVED it, they couldn't get enough.The coconut flavor was just enough, not too much.

Watch out,it's addicting! The cake was very moist and the rum icing drizzled on top is to die for.

I made this for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, and she loves me more than ever! This is so easy and so good!
