The dish was very good, but I think next time I would use Ricotta Cheese, The montary Jack was bland!

This is a great recipe! I adjusted it a little -- used 1 pound ground sirloin (instead of 1/2), added 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning and increased wine to 1/2 cup (and cut down a little on the water). It's wonderful - my whole family loves it!
