Jeannie I notice in the picture you have not included the giblets. I always strain them out before serving them. We live in the Pacific Northwest. Most people out here do the same thing. This is a nice recipe for gravy for those that may be just learning how to make it.Paul One way for this recipe to get a better rating as far as preparation goes is to start with COLD water. I can't remember the last time I had a lump in gravy when starting with cold water. Paul M.Sheila It's a good recipe for quick dinners during the week.
