FamilyTime.com’s “Guess How Many Game” Official Rules

1.) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:00 AM (EST) on 3/1/07 through 11:59:59 PM (EST) on 3/31/07 (“Entry Period”), visit www.FamilyTime.com and follow the on-screen instructions; choose your candy color and then enter your guess of the number of candies in the basket of that color; enter your first name and email.

2.) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of familytime.com or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on all prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME/SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

3.) PRIZE AWARD AND ODDS: A random drawing will be conducted among all correct guesses of eligible entries received to award four (4) prizes with a cash value of $25.00 for each one of the four color choices available. Each prize consists of one basket filled with various candies as chosen by FamilyTime.com. No transfer or substitution. Number of valid correct entries received will determine odds of winning. Total estimated retail value of all prizes is $100.00. Actual retail value of prizes may vary due to market conditions. By entering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. One entry per person per day permitted. Entry can only be made via one e-mail address per person.

4.) GENERAL: All "Guess How Many Game" winners, may be asked to execute and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified that he/she is a potential winner, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, except where prohibited, in order to claim and be awarded his/her prize. All prizes will be shipped to the winners within eight to twelve weeks of the receipt of signed affidavits. Sponsor reserves the right to provide cash or substitute prizes of approximately equal or greater value.

If any potential winner selected fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within ten (10) days of initial attempted notification, or any prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at Sponsors' sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' servers or elsewhere, will be void. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel the sweepstakes based upon such an error at its sole discretion, and without liability. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this sweepstakes if incapable of being completed as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. By accepting any prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and Sponsor Entities are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any winner's participation in, or his/her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

5.) WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winner(s), available after April 15, 2007, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Guess How Many Game", 43 North Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06606. Requests must be received by April 30, 2007.
